Data deletion

Effective since

You can ask at any time for access to, correction or deletion of the personal data we hold about you.

How to ask

  1. Write to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion" (or "Access" or "Correction").
  2. Tell us the email you used to subscribe to the newsletter or to contact us.
  3. We will reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm that you own the email address.

What we delete

  • Your newsletter subscription (email, language and consent date).
  • Messages and contact details you sent us.

Site statistics use an irreversibly encrypted IP identifier and cannot identify you.

Booking data

Your appointment and payment data are on the Aflores Beauty Spa platform (FlowBook). If you ask, we forward your request to the spa so it deletes them too, except what the law requires to be kept (for example, payment records).

Data on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

If you interacted with us on those networks, you can also manage or delete your data in each platform's privacy settings.
